We provide shipping worldwide!

We include free shipping for all orders within the UAE.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames!

UAE: 2 – 3 business days
India: 3 – 5 business days
Rest of World: 7-10 business days

International orders may be subject to Customs import duties and taxes based on your country’s controls and regulations. These Custom duties and taxes are based on the value of the order and the tax free threshold of the destination country.

Payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. These fees are collected at the time of delivery and the customer will be notified by the courier to make the payment prior to receiving goods.

When ordering from Escale we require your full name, postal address for delivery, valid email address, telephone contact details and credit card details.

PRE ORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

All items purchased on pre order or by custom appointment are subject to the following terms and conditions. 

Pre orders and custom pieces are not eligible for refund, return or exchange unless received damaged or faulty. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not hear from you within 30 days of completion. 

GIFT CARDS

All Escale Gift Cards may not be returned, refunded, redeemed for cash or credited to an account.

Escale is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, altered, stolen or used without permission.  

Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases.

RETURNS

Escale is committed to an exceptional level of design and craftsmanship. All merchandise is inspected for quality prior to shipment; however, there may be rare occasions when a defective item is shipped. If you find a product to be defective please email customercare@escaledesigns.com immediately—include your PO Number, 2-3 images and a description of the damage. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 21 days of shipping.

You have 21 days from the day your order ships to request a return. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Items must be returned in original condition and include the original garment tags and bag. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. 

Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. No exceptions. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee. 

Sadly we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back or for any import duties and taxes incurred. We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return.
